A nervous system, not an AI company

Skyzai coordinates specialized models as one organism under a constitution that stops any single function from capturing the whole. Eyes observe. Imagination prices what could happen. Council recommends. A person decides. Software stages unsigned proposals; it never signs.

Pre-launch, in the open — on purpose

Nothing described here is live. No running Layer-1, no live settlement, no launched product, no live public-DAV receipt. Everything is target design unless a dated receipt says otherwise. We name the unbuilt parts rather than hide them.

Five refusals hold the floor

η = 0 — no stealth extraction among cooperators; any fee is public and bounded by value created. K2 / public bind — a named person authorizes a private act, or ≥2 natural-person councilors bind the exact consequence for a public decision; PRISM verifies the receipt only and never signs. K3 — archive with tombstone, never silent erase. K4 — preserve documented exit with legitimate or redeemable property, data, and keys. A7 — every claim carries an evidence tier. The organism, in four moves

IS — TheCircle observes. COULD — RealityFutures prices candidates. SHOULD — Agentz recommends (never decides). A SHOULD-NOT organ can refuse a pattern before it spreads. Then you act. MurMur remains design only — a median signal, not a fund, not built.

Why connections compound

More eyes sharpen pricing; sharper pricing improves recommendations; better outcomes return as observations. η = 0 is the mechanism: put an extraction point in the loop and the loop stops turning.

Value settles on rails that already work

Money rides established infrastructure first: an adopted settlement chain, a jurisdiction-named stablecoin, a licensed order book. A sovereign ledger is a later, volume-earned phase — never near-term. See network and money.
