The organism model assumes that cognition, execution, and adaptation are distributed:

• humans provide value commitments, boundaries, accountability
• AI systems provide scaling of search, synthesis, routing, and actuation
• protocols provide memory, receipts, and constitutional constraints

2. Unbounded extraction loops hidden behind convenience
3. Narrative capture outpacing evidence discipline

2. Faster truth-repair loops via receipts and markets
3. Composable institutions that can fork, mate, and dissolve safely

The key question is not “AI or human?” but: Which constitutional architecture governs hybrid agency at scale?
