Circle — Verified Intelligence (IS)

Circle is the organism's eyes. It performs one function: observe reality and report what IS true, scored for reliability. It does not predict (that is ReFu). It does not judge (that is APU). It does not act (that is Skyzai). It sees.

The organ capability

Circle is an OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) platform that ingests public information from across the internet and scores it for reliability using a 7-agent cascade and EigenTrust reputation system.

Input: Raw signals — news articles, social media posts, on-chain data, satellite imagery, government filings, patent databases, scientific publications, sensor feeds.

Process: Seven specialized agents process each signal in cascade:

EigenTrust

Circle uses EigenTrust for source reliability scoring. EigenTrust is a distributed reputation algorithm where each source's trust score is computed from the trust scores of sources that vouch for it, recursively until convergence.

Properties:

• Sybil-resistant (creating fake sources does not increase trust without real trust vouching)
• Convergent (the trust vector stabilizes after finite iterations)
• Byzantine-tolerant (up to 1/3 malicious sources cannot corrupt the global trust vector)
