Connect SDK

Connect SDK is the canonical .org toolkit for integrating identity,
receipts, and scoped grants. It has no primary Person role. Natural, Legal, and
Artificial Persons consuming the toolkit retain their own typed authority;
the SDK neither receives nor expands it.
Release boundary
The toolkit never authorizes its own publication. A lawful repository-owning Legal Person must authorize a release through its required officers, signatories, and executors and must produce the external publication receipt. Counsel is conditional on the act and jurisdiction. A private build, a passing test suite, or conformance evidence is not a public or live release.
Public-DAV boundary
Every public-DAV consequence requires a complete valid bound PRISM decision receipt in which at least two natural-person councilors bind that exact consequence. PRISM records and verifies the receipt only; it never signs, authorizes, acts, or executes. AI, agents, and software may deliberate, simulate, and stage unsigned proposals only. Constitution, membership, policy, or adoption may constrain a proposal but never authorizes a later consequence. The public DAV has no K2 runtime requirement, bootstrap, or fallback. Deterministic software may carry out only the exact consequence already bound by the valid receipt.
