What Skyzai is, what exists today, and how to read these pages.
Skyzai is pre-launch. No network, payments, tokens or accounts exist yet. Two apps are being built -- Skyzai Personal for individuals and Skyzai Work for organisations -- and apps, agents and machines are designed to connect to both. This documentation is the public commons: it explains the design, documents the protocols, and marks what has actually been tested versus what is still a proposal. This wiki is organised into nine broad sections. Each is summarised below with the one-line question it answers.
The Nine Sections
- The two apps -- Skyzai Personal for individuals, Skyzai Work for organisations; everything else is a capability inside them. Start at The Product Family.
- Why it exists -- the problem Skyzai addresses, and why many specialised parts beat one large model. Start at The Problem.
- How it works: the steps -- from what is known, to what could happen, to what should be done; then a person decides. Start at The Solution.
- Shared infrastructure -- what every part stands on: identity, permissions, connections and receipts. Start at Identity and Consent.
- Economy -- how value would flow, and why useful work comes first and money last. Start at How Value Flows.
- Rules and accountability -- the rules Skyzai holds itself to, how a venture lives and ends, and how to prove us wrong. Start at The Rules or Kill Criteria.

How To Read Any Page Here
Every non-trivial claim on this wiki carries an evidence tier -- [C]onjecture, [D]oc/spec, [S]imulated, [B]observed, or [E]measured -- and sometimes an [I]nferred or [A]xiomatic-invariant qualifier.
